Club News – 20th Oct 2024

Friday Club Night
– We now have 14 tables in place and the full hall available for use.
– Should we consider using the curtain to split the hall and make better use of barriers?
– Thanks to John W, Keith and Brendan for their support.

UKCC Level 1 Course (Table Tennis Coaching Course) at Pop in & Play on Sunday 20th October Stage 2
– Congratulations to Alia, Lynn, Andrew, David, John W, Pawel, Tommy N on passing the Level 1 course.
– All the hard work over the past few weeks has paid off.
– Thanks to Chris for his help and support along with everyone at the club who made this possible.
– We look forward to seeing the benefit of having 7 more coaches at the club supporting existing coaches with new thoughts and fresh ideas to help our club members improve their game.
– The club has invested time and money to make this happen and I’m certain we will reap the rewards.

WOSTTL
– I would like to see a couple of our younger/adult players attending practice sessions with our WOSTTL senior players if possible.
– We have limited opportunity for them to gain a good level of practice and looking forward the league seems to be the best option for them to compete.
