Friday Club Night
– Thanks to Brendan, Chris, Keith and Euan W for your help and support on Friday night.
– Great to be back, delighted to see the hall packed and to see our club members again.
– Thanks to Chris for organising junior session this week – 16 in total – our numbers are growing👏.
– We welcome Nick, Simon, Rory and Torn to our club. Unfortunately Simon suffered a minor injury and had to stop.
– Hopefully we’ll see him back in a few weeks time.🤞
WOSTT Senior League
– On Monday night at Alistair McCoist Complex, we had a very good crowd watching three EK teams compete at our new venue for league matches.
– Keep up to date on Stadium
– EK B 7 – 2 EK A
– Although EK B dominated the match overall we had some very close matches which could have gone either way.
– Good to see both sets of players playing to a good standard of play.
– EK C 7 – 2 North Ayrshire C
Although the scoreline would suggest a very comfortable win for EK C, this match was a challenge against a very good young team from NA.
– It took a bit of time for EK C players to settle and get into their rhythm. However another good win for EK C.
– Maccabi 6 – 3 EK D
– EK D certainly pushed the league leaders all the way in this match with 5 x 5 sets matches with a big performance against a very experienced opponent.
– This should give the team confidence going into the second half of the season.
Pop in & Play – new venue and new time.
– Alistair McCoist Complex Mon-Fri at a new time of 12 – 2pm. Great to see the numbers attending our free sessions this week.
Child Protection Officer
– The club is looking for a new Child Protection Officer.
– Fergus Maitland has been of great support in this role over a number of years and has put in place guidance that we hope someone can continue.
– I’m sure everyone would agree this role is key to a successful club. If this would be of interest speak to one of the coaches for more info.
Bribar Table Tennis
– If you would like to order any TT equipment or a club shirt let me know. Shirts available in most sizes.

Finally

– He has entered the very successful tournament organised by Pongfinity, namely the Pongfinity Cup.
– Watch video footage of last year’s tournament. Good luck to Kacper when it comes around.
Thanks for your support
Peter
